The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially announced the NEET Re Exam 2026 date. As per the latest notification released on May 15, 2026, the revised NEET UG 2026 examination will now be conducted on June 21, 2026. Candidates appearing for the re-NEET exam are advised to stay updated regarding admit card release, revised exam timing, exam centre allocation, and city intimation updates.
According to the latest announcement, the NEET 2026 re exam timing has also been revised. The examination will now be held from 2 PM to 5:15 PM instead of the earlier schedule. However, the reporting time is expected to remain the same, and students must reach their allotted exam centre on or before 1:30 PM.

NTA has opened the facility to change present address from May 15 to May 21, 2026.
NTA has activated the facility to change the present address mentioned in the application form. Candidates who wish to update their current address can make corrections before May 21, 2026 through the official NEET portal.
NTA is expected to release the NEET Re Exam Admit Card 2026 by June 14, 2026. Candidates will be able to download the hall ticket using their application number and password through the official website.

Before the admit card release, NTA will also issue the NEET 2026 city intimation slip to help candidates plan travel and accommodation in advance.
The NEET UG 2026 re-exam was announced after concerns related to exam irregularities and alleged paper leak reports. NTA has stated that all previous registrations will remain valid and students will not have to register again.
Students are advised to rely only on official NTA announcements and avoid misinformation circulating on social media platforms.
NTA is also reportedly planning to shift NEET UG to online CBT mode from 2027 onwards to strengthen examination security and improve transparency in the examination process.
