NEET UG 2026 Re-Exam To Be Held on June 21 After Cancellation Over Paper Leak Allegations
The National Testing Agency stated that the decision to conduct the NEET-UG 2026 re-examination on Sunday, June 21, has been taken with the approval of the Government of India.

NEET UG 2026 Re-Exam Officially Announced
The National Testing Agency has officially announced that the re-examination for NEET UG 2026 will be conducted on Sunday, June 21, 2026. The decision comes after the original examination held on May 3 was cancelled due to alleged paper leak incidents.
Official Statement by NTA In an official statement shared through its social media platform, the agency said:
“National Testing Agency has decided to conduct the re-examination of NEET (UG) 2026 on Sunday, 21 June 2026.”
According to the agency, the decision has been taken with the approval of the Government of India to ensure a fair and transparent examination process for all candidates.
Over 22 Lakh Students Awaited Clarity
The cancellation of the earlier examination had created uncertainty among more than 22 lakh medical aspirants across the country.
